There was some confusion on this day, as timing was out. The PRV session took place before the photo targets were selected, and there was some concern that there could be a diminishing effect in terms of accuracy.

The effect of the pencils seemed to me to appear in the remote viewing as a fountain-like effect. The blurred effect in the photo itself leads the mind to view it that way. The rating was lower, but correct from a PRV sense.
